Super excited to be participating in No Format’s first Textile Open. It was a tight push to get a new work completed in time, but I got there in the end with FELT PINK. Some of the work began last January in Melbourne and then connected with work in my studio in Whitstable. Going to the haberdashery superstore in Australia was inspiring, craft elements piled up next to art materials next to homewares, I really feel I could live in the store and never leave – like a materials heaven.
